Security Officer Patrol First Aid

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related matters to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and support visitor and/or contractor access procedures in accordance with site protocols;
Communicate with property management, tenants, and/or emergency services as needed regarding alarms, disturbances, maintenance-related concerns, and other security-related incidents
