Security Officer Dispatch Coordinator

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, calls for service, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while prioritizing communications and dispatch support;
Monitor communication channels, receive and document incoming requests, and dispatch personnel to priority locations based on site needs and established procedures;
Track incident details, maintain accurate activity logs, and relay timely updates to site leadership, officers, and/or emergency responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrol coordination around the business and perimeter, helping to support coverage across varied working environments and conditions
