• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report suspicious activity and/or policy concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help support compliance with site protocols for restricted or sensitive areas.
• Complete routine reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and relay observations related to security‑related conditions, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.

• At least 6 months of security‑related experience is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
