** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, server support areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and other security-related issues.

+ Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and follow post orders related to restricted areas, deliveries, and after-hours access.

+ Support daily operations by completing routine reports, communicating clearly with team members and site representatives, and following established security-related procedures for escalations and incident response.

* + A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
