Security Officer - Dispatch Communications

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Monitor alarms, cameras, phones, radios, and/or other communication systems from the dispatch post, document activity, and relay information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.;
Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations by receiving reports, prioritizing calls, dispatching appropriate personnel, and following established site protocols.;
Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, visitor information, and other dispatch records to support daily operations and security-related response efforts.;
Conduct regular and random patrol coordination around the business and perimeter by communicating with field personnel, tracking status updates, and helping to deter unauthorized activity through timely reporting and follow-up.
