Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify security-related concerns and/or policy issues.

Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and restricted areas to help support authorized access and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or potential hazards.

Support day-to-day operations by following post orders, using communication devices and/or reporting tools, and assisting with security-related requests in a professional manner.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
