** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

+ Monitor alarms, cameras, phones, radios, and/or other communication systems from the dispatch post, document activity, and relay information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations by receiving reports, prioritizing calls, dispatching appropriate personnel, and following established site protocols.

+ Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, visitor information, and other dispatch records to support daily operations and security-related response efforts.

+ Conduct regular and random patrol coordination around the business and perimeter by communicating with field personnel, tracking status updates, and helping to deter unauthorized activity through timely reporting and follow-up.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
