** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a technology-focused location.

+ Monitor communication systems, alarms, cameras, and/or access activity from a dispatch post, and relay information to onsite personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Receive, prioritize, and document calls for service, incidents, and critical situations, then dispatch the appropriate personnel and/or notify site contacts based on established protocols.

+ Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, helping to support accurate communication and continuity between teams.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, noting unusual activity and reporting concerns through proper channels.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + A minimum of 1+ years of security-related experience is required.

+ A guard card/license is preferred.

+ Access control/badge experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
