** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, managing communications, and supporting security-related requests in a professional manner.

+ Monitor cameras, alarms, access control activity, radios, and other dispatch systems, and communicate updates to on-site personnel and supervisors as needed.

+ Respond to incidents, service calls, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to coordinate security-related response activities and/or emergency notifications.

+ Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, visitor information, and other required documentation, reporting unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns through the proper channels.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter when assigned, while helping to observe conditions, report concerns, and support security-related operations across the site.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
