Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as required, and communicate with site contacts regarding deliveries, visitor access, and/or escalated issues;
Support day-to-day operations by completing assigned reports, maintaining awareness of site activity, and following Allied Universal standards and client-directed post orders
