Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following client policies, and/or assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site guidelines;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter access points;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support authorized access and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations;
Support a clean, professional presence at the location by communicating with employees, visitors, and vendors, and reporting maintenance or operational issues that may affect daily operations
