Security Officer Dispatcher

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a technology-focused location.;
Monitor communication channels, cameras, alarms, and/or access activity from the dispatch post, and relay information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.;
Respond to incidents, service requests, and/or critical situations by documenting details, prioritizing calls, and coordinating timely security-related support.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while maintaining accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift activity reports.
