Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor information, and support the flow of people, deliveries, and vehicles in accordance with site policies;
Assist with security-related incident reporting, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding site conditions and daily operations
