Security Officer Dispatch Monitor

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities.;
Monitor communication systems, cameras, alarms, and other site reporting tools to identify unusual activity and help support timely response to incidents and critical situations.;
Dispatch site personnel and/or appropriate responders to reported issues, service requests, and emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.;
Document incidents, activities, and communications in logs and reports, helping to support accurate recordkeeping and follow-up on security-related matters.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and the perimeter when required, while helping to identify concerns at a technology-focused location.
