Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office, data, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or access issues;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and report suspicious behavior or policy violations to help support security-related operations;
Support day-to-day operations at a technology-focused location by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directions, and completing required reports and logs
