- Understand, implement, and ensure compliance with DoD Manual 5205.07 – DoD SAP Security Manual, 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and related Industrial Security Guidance Manuals or Special Program Security directive.
- Provide security guidance regarding program operations.
- Develop, obtain approval for, and implement security policies, procedures, and documentation specific to the program, such as SOPs, addendums, Operation Security (OPSEC) Plans, and Concept of Operations (CONOPs).
- Create, update, and administer security education, training, and awareness, including program indoctrinations and debriefings.
- Conduct self‑inspections and recommend/implement corrective actions.
- Prepare for and participate in government inspections, and implement corrective actions as required.
- Perform program administrative work: personnel processing, visitor control, program‑related investigations, TS accountability, dispatching and receiving program documents/material, and resolve other related program security issues.
- Maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers, peers, and senior management across multiple program sites and business units.
- Assist in presentation preparation for program status and reviews (internal and external).
- Ensure compliance with applicable government and company regulations.
- Manage special access program facility administration in compliance with relevant government customer requirements and community standards, including physical security and construction requirements for SAPFs and SCIFs, and submit pre‑construction and accreditation packages with Fixed Facility Checklists (FFCs) and Tempest assessments.
- Collaborate across multiple organization levels (from Individual Contributors to Senior Executives).
- Work extended hours in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Willingness to travel on company business.
- Minimum of a university degree or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
- Experience in NISP, SAP, and SCI security operations.
- Experience with self‑inspections, the SAP nomination process, facility compliance work, and security program documentation.
- Preferred:
Experience as an Alternate CSSO, Primary CSSO, or TSCO/SAP Accountability Officer. - Preferred:
Experience with DISS and JADE.
Salary Range: $95,500 USD – $181,700 USD (good‑faith estimate).
