Information Review and Release Analyst – Senior

Nightwing is a cybersecurity and intelligence services organization based in Dulles, VA. The Kodiak program seeks a 24‑hour weekly Part‑Time Information Review and Release Analyst based in the Tysons, VA area. Responsibilities include researching, reviewing, and redacting national‑security equities from various documents to support the Office of Military Commissions, federal courts, other executive agencies, and Congress.

• Research, review, and redact documents in compliance with FOIA, Privacy Act, EOMDR, EO 13526, and other applicable criteria.
• Ensure all documents meet customer quality and accuracy standards.
• Use tools such as Word, Excel, Access, and customer electronic databases for document handling.
• Assist with special searches, internal de‑classification guidance, and process improvement recommendations.

• Minimum six years of experience reviewing and redacting classified information; ideal candidates include Intelligence Analysts, Desk Officers, and Foreign Liaison Officers.
• Proficiency in Excel, strong research skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of FOIA, Privacy Act, EOMDR programs, EO 13526, and general worldwide events.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution can substitute for three years of professional experience.

Salary range: $77,000 – $163,000, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and expertise.
