Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Control Center

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.;
Monitor communication channels, receive and document calls, alarms, and service requests, and dispatch the appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.;
Coordinate with site personnel, first responders, and/or management during incidents, critical situations, and routine operations while maintaining accurate activity logs and reports.;
Monitor cameras, access control systems, and other site systems to help identify unusual activity and support timely security-related responses.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, noting conditions that may require follow-up and reporting observations according to site procedures.
