Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $23.36 / Hour

Job Schedule: Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM.

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, handling calls for assistance, and supporting security‑related dispatch operations throughout the location.
• Receive, prioritize, and relay routine and emergency communications to on‑site personnel in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting activity and escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Monitor radios, phones, alarms, cameras, and other security‑related systems to help identify unusual activity, support timely response, and coordinate follow‑up with site contacts and/or emergency services.
• Maintain detailed logs, incident records, and dispatch reports, helping to track daily activity, service requests, and critical situations across the property.
• Support regular and random patrol operations by directing personnel to assigned areas, sharing relevant updates, and helping coordinate responses around the business and perimeter.

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
