Security Officer - Security Operations Dispatch

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency communication guidelines at a technology-focused location.;
Monitor alarms, cameras, radios, telephones, and/or other communication systems, then dispatch appropriate personnel in response to incidents, service requests, and unusual activity.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and relaying accurate information to site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership.;
Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and dispatch records to support security-related operations, shift continuity, and timely follow-up on site concerns.;
Conduct regular and random patrol coordination and status tracking for assigned personnel around the business and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and support site coverage needs
