Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or identification, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location;
Register visitors, issue passes as directed, maintain accurate access logs, and communicate access-related information to site personnel;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to post orders and Allied Universal guidelines;
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, lobbies, and perimeter areas within the location to identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns
