Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a technology-focused location;
Monitor communication systems, receive calls and alarm activity, and dispatch appropriate personnel for routine matters, incidents, and/or urgent situations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and relaying updates to site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed;
Maintain detailed logs, reports, and dispatch records related to visitor activity, access concerns, equipment issues, and/or other site events;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, with working environments and conditions varying by location
