Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;

Support day-to-day front entry and lobby operations by managing visitor check-in processes, directing deliveries, and reporting security-related concerns according to site policies
