Security Officer- Part Time Dispatch Agent

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.;
Monitor cameras, alarms, radios, phones, and/or other communication systems to identify security-related concerns and dispatch the appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.;
Receive, prioritize, and document incidents, service calls, and critical situations, then relay timely updates to site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.;
Support day-to-day control center operations by maintaining accurate activity logs, incident reports, and dispatch records related to security-related events and building activity.;
Help to deter unauthorized access and/or unusual activity by observing system alerts, reviewing incoming information, and coordinating responses in line with site policies and post instructions
