Security Officer - Part Time Incident Dispatch

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Monitor dispatch communications, alarms, cameras, and access-control notifications; document activity and coordinate the response to security-related incidents according to site procedures.;
Receive, prioritize, and relay calls for service to appropriate personnel, maintaining clear communication with site staff, visitors, and responding agencies as needed.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and maintaining accurate incident reports and dispatch logs.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as assigned, to identify and report unusual conditions.
