What We Promise to Provide to You- Hourly pay: $17.00–$20.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications

As an Electrical Apprentice, you’ll assist licensed electricians with residential service work while learning the trade from the ground up.
- Assist with residential electrical service and installation work
- Observe and learn proper electrical techniques, tools, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and service vehicle
- Protect customer property (floor savers, job site cleanliness, etc.)
- Handle tools, materials, and job documentation as directed
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development activities
- Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes

Job Requirements
Candidates must be able to:
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and carry equipment up to 250 feet unassisted
- Safely use ladders and hand/power tools
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and tight spaces
- Tolerate dust, debris, and occasional unpleasant odors
- Stand or work on concrete or uneven surfaces for extended periods
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Work more than 40 hours per week as needed
