• As a Dave’s Technician you will deliver first-class service by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining your customer’s home comfort systems
• Know how to establish customer rapport to provide the right solutions to solve problems and become your customer’s “Trusted Advisor”
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans
• Hold yourself accountable for exceeding your goals
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win referrals and create lifetime customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
• Participate actively in all training exercises and team meetings
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure timely, accurate repairs and deliver a 5-Star Experience

• 3 years of HVAC Service experience required
• Technical knowledge related to troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC systems
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• EPA Certified
• Interest and initiative in advancing your HVAC and customer service skills.
• Current Virginia driver's license and the ability to safely operate a work van.
• Applicants must be insurable by our insurance carrier and will undergo a background check
