As a Plumbing Technician, you are trusted to deliver clean, safe, code-compliant work that homeowners can rely on. You don’t just fix problems—you restore confidence and protect what matters most. Everything you do is guided by CARE:

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing and drainage systems
• Install and service fixtures, piping, water heaters, sump pumps, and water treatment solutions
• Educate homeowners on maintenance, system care, and upgrade options
• Use modern tools and technology to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Represent All Tech with professionalism, integrity, and pride

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and technical skills
• Comfort working with modern plumbing tools and systems
• Clear, professional communication with customers
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in crawl spaces or tight areas
• A mindset that values quality, accountability, and growth
