Residential HVAC Installer Success Metrics:
  • Installation Quality: Maintain a consistently high level of installation quality, as evaluated through post-installation inspections and customer feedback.
  • Efficiency and Productivity
    :
    Complete HVAC installations within the established time frames, meeting or exceeding the company's productivity standards.
  • First-Time Installation Success
    :
    Achieve a first-time installation success rate as established by the Installation Manager, ensuring minimal revisits or callbacks due to installation-related issues.
  • Technical Proficiency
    :
    Continuously update and enhance technical skills, staying informed about the latest installation techniques, manufacturer guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Safety Adherence
    :
    Maintain a perfect safety record, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines. Ensure zero safety incidents or accidents within the performance period.
  • Mentorship and Guidance
    :
    Provide effective mentorship and guidance to the Install Apprentice, contributing to their skill development and ensuring a positive learning experience.
  • Professionalism, Appearance, and Customer Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with customers during installations. Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor while representing John Nugent & Sons during installations, earning high marks for professionalism from customers.
  • Accuracy of Documentation
    :
    Maintain accurate and complete documentation of installation details, equipment used, and any modifications in the company's systems.
  • Team Collaboration
    :
    Work collaboratively with the Install Apprentice and other team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork.
  • Continual Improvement
    :
    Actively participate in performance reviews and self-assessments, identifying areas for personal improvement and setting development goals to enhance overall job performance. Pursue additional certifications and training opportunities to expand expertise and proficiency in installing Carrier HVAC equipment.
  • Installer and Apprentice Development
    :
    Monitor and track the progress of the Install Apprentice, providing regular feedback and opportunities for growth and skill advancement.
  • Timeliness and Punctuality
    :
    Maintain a consistent record of punctuality and attendance, arriving at installation sites and appointments on time.
  • Additional duties as assigned
