Technician 1

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment, including aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and specialty equipment such as power generators, pumps, HVAC systems and oil/gas related equipment.
• Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models and equipment.
• Develop new skills for a career track in service or operational management.
• Work with a safety‑focused team in a fast‑paced environment.

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 1–3 years of technician experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty lines equipment (large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC or oil & gas equipment).

• May need to provide tools of trade.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to comply with applicable laws.

Base Pay Range: $21.84 – $30.03 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on location, education, training and experience.
