Essential duties & responsibilities:

• As a Dave's Install Technician you will install your customer's home comfort systems to meet our high standards for safety and a quality finish that reflects the significant investment our customers have made
• Know how to establish customer rapport to deliver on a world-class experience throughout the date of install
• Educate and assist customers in learning how to operate their new system and thermostat-- set them up for success
• Hold yourself accountable for exceeding your goals
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win referrals and create lifetime customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
• Participate actively in all training exercises and team meetings
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure timely, accurate installs and deliver a 5-Star Experience

Skills you bring for success:

• 3 years of HVAC Install experience required
• Technical knowledge related to troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC systems
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• EPA Certified
• Interest and initiative in advancing your HVAC and customer service skills.
• Current Virginia driver's license and the ability to safely operate a work van.
• Applicants must be insurable by our insurance carrier and will undergo a background check
• Physical ability to perform all duties noted above
