We’re looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician who enjoys more than simply fixing equipment.

We’re looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, helps others succeed, communicates well, and enjoys solving problems before they become emergencies.

This position is designed for technicians interested in growing into field leadership while continuing to work alongside the team.

This is not an office position.

This is a working field leadership role.

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Perform advanced troubleshooting
• Support refrigeration service when needed
• Assist with equipment startups and commissioning

• Help coordinate daily field activities
• Verify crews have the information and materials needed before work begins
• Identify field issues early and communicate them to the office
• Assist with planning installations and sequencing work
• Help maintain organized, efficient jobsites

• Mentor helpers and junior technicians
• Share troubleshooting knowledge
• Promote quality workmanship and safe practices
• Help develop Technicom’s future field leaders

• Represent Technicom professionally
• Build trust with customers, property managers, and general contractors
• Clearly communicate findings and recommended next steps
• Help create long-term customer relationships through excellent service

We’re looking for someone who naturally demonstrates leadership without needing the title.

• The technician others call for help
• The person who enjoys mentoring younger technicians
• Someone frustrated by poor communication or disorganized jobs
• Someone who wants to help build a better company rather than simply collect a paycheck

• 3+ years commercial HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Professional communication skills

• Ability to read construction drawings
• Experience coordinating small crews
• Ability to mentor less experienced technicians
