Rose Roofing — Northern Virginia is hiring experienced roofers for full-time W-2 employment. The role pays $22–$28 per hour, with production bonuses that can push annual earnings well above base wages. Bi-weekly pay and health insurance are provided along with PTO.
You'll install residential roofing systems, work with crews, and maintain safety standards. Valid driver's license required; OSHA-10 a plus; able to lift 50+ lbs;
Virginia weather. No subcontractors; steady year-round work.
