Field Technician - Construction & Installation

Build. Install. Travel. Learn Techno Guard  is looking for dependable, hands-on Field Technicians to support construction and installation projects in data centers across the region. If you have experience using hand tools, working on construction sites, fabrication, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or other skilled trades, we want to hear from you.

What You'll DoInstall, modify, repair, and remove containment systems in data centers

Use common hand and power tools safely and effectively

Assist with light fabrication and field modifications

Read and follow project instructions, drawings, and installation plans

Load, unload, organize, and transport materials and equipment

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Support project teams to ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards

Perform specialized cleaning and decontamination tasks as needed within data center environments

What We're Looking For6 months to 2+ years of construction, installation, fabrication, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, or related field experience

Comfortable using hand and power tools

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Positive attitude and strong attention to detail

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationU.S. citizen or naturalized citizen

Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Comfortable working on ladders and at heights

Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the dayAble to work in varying temperatures and industrial environments

Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Schedule

Full-Time Monday–Friday6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Overtime opportunities available

Requirements:0-2 years of technician experience

Data Center experience is a plus Former construction experience a plus

Must be 18 years or older

Must have your own reliable transportation

Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the USAMust be able to pass a drug screen and background check

Must be able to work in areas exposed to constant loud noises, temps ranging between 0-100 + degrees, and be able to lift 50 lbs. and be on your feet 90 % of the day or more.

Must effectively communicate with other team members

Must not be afraid of heights
