As an HVAC Service Technician at All Tech, you are trusted to diagnose, repair, and optimize residential HVAC systems—including high-efficiency and emerging technologies - with precision and professionalism.
You are the expert in the home. We expect you to act like it.

- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal); NATE preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills with heat pumps, air handlers, duct systems, and controls
- Confidence working independently and representing the company in the field
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
