Rose Roofing & Restoration in Northern Virginia is hiring experienced roofers for a full-time W-2 position. Compensation is $22–$28/hour plus production bonuses, with bi-weekly pay, overtime when approved, health insurance and PTO. We don’t use subcontractors and offer steady, year-round work and real earning opportunity.
Your duties include removing old roofing, installing complete systems, and ensuring watertight results while keeping jobs safe and organized as part of a crew.
