Lead and perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on commercial and mission-critical HVAC systems;
Provide daily technical direction and mentor technicians;
Service and maintain RTUs, AHUs, CRAC/CRAH units, split systems, heat pumps, VAVs, fans, pumps, condensers, chillers, cooling towers;
Use BAS/BMS to monitor, investigate alarms, and verify system operation;
Lead execution of MOPs, SOPs, EOPs, LOTO, permit-to-work, and change-control activities
