Sign-on Bonus up to $10,000.We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our growing behavioral health team in Sterling, Virginia. This hybrid role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality,patient-centered psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and young adults through a combination of onsite and telehealth services.
The PMHNP will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing medication management ina collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.
- Minimum commitment of 12hours per week
- At least 5 hours per week onsite

- Competitive hourly rate:$120–$140 per hour (1099)

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania - Board Certification as aPMHNP (PMHNP-BC) through ANCC or AANP
- DEA license and Virginia State Prescriptive Authority
- Minimum of 2 years of independent experience as a PMHNP
- At least 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, or young adults
- Proficiency with EHR system sand Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Reliable computer, phone,and high-speed internet for telehealth services
