We are seeking a skilled Software Engineering Manager passionate about delivering exceptional software experiences and leading high‑performing teams. As a key leader on the Digital Banking team, this individual will guide the development of features that enhance our clients’ customer experience, ensuring high‑quality execution from concept through production. They will work closely with product managers, designers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver intuitive, impactful solutions that align with business goals.

• Define product technology strategy and vision
• Manage and prioritize technology roadmap and initiatives
• Own engineering key results and performance metrics

• Partner with Product Managers to develop a technology‑aligned product vision and roadmap
• Participate in PI planning and agile ceremonies to provide technical insights for prioritization and delivery
• Identify technology enhancements, product gaps, and feature ideas to inform the roadmap
• Recommend strategic technology investments aligned with business goals and user needs
• Support product teams in translating complex business needs into user stories and technical solutions

• Oversee design, development, deployment, and maintenance of software solutions across product teams
• Establish and enforce technical standards, guidelines, and best practices for consistency and quality
• Collaborate with Architects and Engineering Managers to manage system dependencies and risks
• Participate in agile development events such as demos and reviews
• Build and mentor high‑performing engineering teams with a focus on career development and innovation
• Foster an environment where engineers are encouraged to experiment and contribute new technical ideas
• Provide constructive feedback through code reviews to enhance technical value and quality

• Monitor delivery and quality metrics at the product level to identify trends and drive technical improvements

• 7+ years of experience in technology roles, with increasing responsibilities in engineering management
• Strong understanding of multi‑tenant, cloud‑based, high‑transaction systems
• Experience in full‑stack enterprise Java development, including HTML5, JavaScript, Angular/React
• Expertise in Scaled Agile (e.g., SAFe), Scrum, Lean quality, and test automation methodologies
