CAI is seeking a Software Developer to join a multidisciplined team to work on delivering the next generation of mission management systems using cutting edge cloud native technologies following an extreme agile continuous deployment software development framework.
ResponsibilitiesAs a developer on this dynamic program, you will design, develop, and maintain next‑generation mission management applications, troubleshoot and support cloud native microservices and a user interface for a data‑rich application with complex user workflows. You will write automated tests, deploy via a fully automated Dev Sec Ops pipeline, and help troubleshoot bugs. Daily tasks include reporting status at agile stand‑ups, executing highest‑priority work, coding with teammates, and participating in TEMs as needed.

Required:
- Available to work in‑person at CACI facilities in Sterling, VA or Denver, CO
- Clearance: TS/SCI with CI poly (or willing to obtain CI poly)
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or related experience and 3+ years of experience
- Experience with Java/Back‑end OR Web/Front‑end development
- Experience developing within a Linux environment
- Willingness to work across the full stack of the product
- Willingness to work within true Agile Kanban processes and dynamic development environments
- Demonstrated experience working with others in a team environment
- Willingness to obtain Security+ certification
Desired:
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops processes and tools
- Experience using Amazon Web Services
- Experience with container management tools like Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with Git/Git Lab source code management tools
- Experience using TDD tools such as Cypress and Mockito
- Experience with database systems such as MySQL, Redis
