Northstrat, a GRVTY company is seeking a Full-Stack Software Developer to join a growing program comprised of multiple agile development teams. As a member of the team you’ll participate in our fully Agile development process, including all Agile ceremonies (stand-up, Iteration Planning, Demos and Retros). Our User-Centered Design process offers the opportunity to receive weekly input and feedback from our end‑user customers as we iteratively develop and deploy our features!

As a member of the team you’ll participate in our fully Agile development process, including all Agile ceremonies (stand‑up, Iteration Planning, Demos and Retros). Our User-Centered Design process offers the opportunity to receive weekly input and feedback from our end‑user customers as we iteratively develop and deploy our features!

As part of the development process, you will solve unique and complex problems, using the latest technologies to create innovative solutions that are highly scalable and secure and deploy to a fully automated Dev Ops pipeline.

• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Java
• Frontend frameworks like Vue and Bootstrap
• Spring Framework
• Automated testing tools like Mockito, JUnit, Cypress, Jest, etc
• Databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, etc
• Source code management tools like Git, Git Lab, Bitbucket
• Issue tracking tools like Jira and Confluence
• Dev Sec Ops  pipeline tools such as Jenkins, Sonar Qube, Fortify, etc

• Clearance:
  Must have TS/SCI with CI poly (or be willing to take CI poly)
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in STEM field or related experience
• Available to work in‑person full time

• Proficiency with web platform technologies and the latest web standards
• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
• Experience with agile methodologies and Dev Ops processes
• Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, etc
• Experience with source code management tools
• Experience with container management (Kubernetes)
• Current Security+ certification or willingness to obtain

Pay Range:
At GRVTY, we understand that compensation is influenced by many factors—such as geographic location, federal contract labor categories, wage rates, prior experience, skillsets, education, and certifications.

Colorado Pay Range

$130,000—$200,000 USD

Virginia Pay Range

$130,000—$200,000 USD
