Soccer Personal Trainer

Morsink Soccer Academy is expanding its coaching staff to meet the growing demand for high-level individual training. We are looking for part-time contractors who are passionate about player development and ready to deliver high-quality 1-on-1 and small-group training sessions. As coaches grow within our system, additional opportunities may include leading programs, managing age groups, and consideration for future director roles.

MSA has been operating since 2014 and opened our indoor training center in 2025. We provide a holistic developmental environment for motivated youth players through training, performance work, college consulting, and supportive mentorship. Our Advanced Development Sessions emphasize detailed coaching catered to each athlete’s needs.

• Deliver individualized training sessions with attention to detail and progression
• Follow MSA’s training methodology and player development standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally with players and families
• Provide occasional feedback and session notes when needed
• Represent MSA’s culture of development, care, and professionalism

• Flexible hours based on demand and availability
• Opportunities to expand into program leadership or director pathways as performance and commitment grow

• USSF Grassroots Coaching License
• Advanced Coaching Licenses (one or more):
  • USSF C License or higher (or equivalent)
  • United Soccer Coaches Advanced Technical Training Diploma
  • USSF National Youth License
• Minimum 5 years of coaching experience

• Strong soccer background and ability to demonstrate skills
• Experience training motivated youth and competitive players
• Reliable, professional, and invested in long-term player development
• Ability to create a positive, challenging environment for athletes

• Rates increase as coaches progress within the academy and take on more responsibility
