*** Transport materials on local routes using box and flatbed trucks (manual and automatic transmissions)
* Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently at each stop
* Handle materials with care to prevent damage in transit

** DOT Compliance & Standards
*** Maintain a valid DOT certification and current Medical Certification cards at all times
* Operate all vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and Shepherd safety policies
* Follow proper lifting techniques and physical handling standards
* Complete all required documentation accurately and on time
** Warehouse Support
*** Fulfill warehouse duties: pallet wrapping, picking, and packing customer orders
* Support second-shift operations when required
* Extend warehouse flow and team coverage without being asked
** Communication & Professionalism
*** Represent Shepherd professionally at every customer touchpoint
* Communicate proactively with dispatch and warehouse leadership on route status or issues
