The Diesel Fleet Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a fleet maintenance team, provides direct leadership to technicians, and ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards. The role manages workflow, assigns tasks, and monitors progress to maintain a high‑performing maintenance operation supporting a fleet of 54 trucks and 3 pickup trucks.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of employees in the maintenance shop.
• Coordinate and supervise all maintenance work and repairs, and monitor progress and quality.
• Review driver repairs and other maintenance requests and prepare work order documents.
• Perform mechanical duties as needed.
• Monitor inventory of replacement parts and restock as needed.
• Oversee personnel, including coaching, training, evaluating employee performance, and conducting disciplinary action as needed. Provide input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.
• Interpret and ensure consistent application of organizational policies and safety regulations.
• Create and submit reports as necessary.

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
• 4 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirements)
• Valid driver’s license upon hire

The expected base pay range for this position is $80,877 - $90,392. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
