Above And Beyond, Inc. is an established trucking company catering to the Airfreight Industry in the Dulles VA area. We are looking to fill a Dispatcher / Operations position. • Set up optimal truck routes to minimize fuel cost and maintain 100% on time efficiency.
• Review all jobs to make sure drivers are prepared with information and proper equipment to be successful.
• Must be able to make changes to routes on the fly as well as being able to deal with a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledgeable with putting together truck routes in the greater Washington DC region (MD DC VA).
• Work closely with warehouse personal as well drivers.
• Keep the companies TMS system (Crown Data Systems) up to date in real time. Keep all jobs up to date with notes as needed.
• Keep customers informed as needed.
• Great communications skills are a must as well as being a team player.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours.
• Full Time and Part Time positions available.
