Our Client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker Packer to join their warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay rate: 18.00/hr

Schedule:

Mon-Fri, 8:00A-5:00P

Key Responsibilities

Receive, unpack, verify, and inspect all incoming shipments; accurately stock materials in designated locations.
Accurately pick, process, and package outgoing customer orders using warehouse management software.
Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers) and potentially delivery vehicles.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all company policies and safety standards.
Assist with inventory control, maintain accurate records, and support teammates as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Outlook); experience with inventory or warehouse management software is preferred.
Previous warehouse, forklift, or order picker experience is highly desired.
Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to customer service.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Must be able to understand and follow all oral and written instructions and safety procedures.
Basic math skills required.

Physical Requirements

Must possess the mobility to work in a standard warehouse setting. This role involves walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing.
Requires the strength and stamina to perform medium physical work.
Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects up to 50 pounds (using proper equipment for heavier loads).
