Position: Warehouse Associate (Temp-to-Perm)

Overview

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break)

Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for order fulfillment, shipping and receiving activities, and maintaining accuracy in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
  • Pull and prepare customer orders accurately.
  • Use a handheld scan gun to process inventory and orders.
  • Box and package products for shipment.
  • Process shipments through UPS and Fed Ex systems.
  • Prepare and complete Bills of Lading (BOLs) for outgoing freight shipments.
  • Read and interpret pick tickets accurately to ensure correct order fulfillment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to use a scan gun and shipping software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to read and follow pick tickets and shipping documents.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
