Acres & Acres is seeking a Imaging Specialist / Document to support our land services operations through accurate document scanning, imaging, and digital organization. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent high school or college graduates interested in gaining exposure to the energy and land services industry.

This role is detail-focused, process-driven, and ideal for someone dependable, organized, and comfortable working with digital tools in the field.

Steubenville, Ohio (local candidates only)

Compensation
: $150 per day (paid training included)

Key Responsibilities
  • Scan, image, and upload documents using mobile scanning applications
  • Organize and index digital files accurately in Google Sheets and Dropbox
  • Ensure documents are complete, legible, and properly formatted
  • Maintain organized digital records following internal standards
  • Work independently while meeting daily accuracy and quality expectations
Required Qualifications
  • Must be located in or near, OH
  • Reliable smartphone capable of using Cam Scanner, Adobe Scan, or similar apps
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
  • Comfortable working off Google Sheets
  • Willingness to undergo a background check
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

Basic knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace

Preferred (Perks, Not Requirements)
  • Familiarity with Dropbox
  • Interest in or curiosity about the energy or land services industry
  • Administrative, clerical, or document-handling experience
