- 4:30 p.m.; evening and weekend work as needed, especially during summer months
The Programming Coordinator for Adult Conferences provides administrative and operational support for the Programming team, with a particular emphasis on the planning and execution of Steubenville Adult Conferences. This role oversees systems such as Ministry Team and LEAD program administration, surveys, data management, and programming logistics while coordinating various cross-functional projects throughout the year. By owning these responsibilities, the Program Coordinator enables the Manager of Adult Programming to focus on program development, participant engagement, and the continued strengthening of the conference experience.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Own Slate CRM data stewardship for adult and youth conferences, in coordination with the Youth Programming Coordinator, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and maintained according to established processes.
- Support conference planning and execution by coordinating programming schedules, production materials, surveys, and other logistical and thematic assets in collaboration with internal departments and ministry partners.
- Compile logistical reports for adult conferences and support the same for youth programs.
- Serve as Program Director or provide on-site conference support as needed. Occasional overnights and travel may be required.
- Collect, analyze, and distribute programming feedback and data, compiling survey results to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Assist with crafting theme development, talking points, and additional resources for ministry team members and conference participants.
- Support general programming operations by providing hospitality, maintaining resources, managing communications, and completing additional administrative projects to assist the Programming Team as a whole.

- Bachelor's Degree in Theology, Catechetics, or equivalent experience.

- Evening and weekend work as needed, especially during the summer.
- Periodic travel, as required.
