Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 1st Shift

What You'll Do

As a Developmental Disabilities LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, effective, and person-centered care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Medication Administration:
    Safely administer prescribed medications, monitor responses, and notify physicians when needed
  • Clinical Care:
    Perform treatments (e.g., tube feedings, wound care, first aid, topical/ear/eye medications) and evaluate effectiveness
  • Health Monitoring:
    Assess individuals' health status through vital signs and ongoing observation
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Respond promptly to health-related concerns communicated by team members
  • Safety & Compliance:
    Ensure proper storage and security of medications and treatment supplies
  • Clinical Judgment:
    Accurately assess conditions and initiate appropriate interventions
  • Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records including MAR/TAR, narcotic counts, and nursing notes by end of shift
  • Delegated Nursing Oversight:
    Supervise and ensure proper administration of medications and treatments by staff
What You Bring

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse with:

  • Education & Licensure:
    Graduate of an accredited LPN program, current LPN license in good standing
  • Experience:

    Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Core

    Skills:

    Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills, sound clinical judgment and decision-making ability, excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Leadership:
    Supervisory or management experience is a plus
